Over the past 6 months, The JuJu Foundation has stood as a powerful tribute to love, healing, and community care. As our work has grown, so has our vision, and today, we’re proud to announce our rebrand to East Bay Community Care Network (EBCCN).

This transition reflects our deepening commitment to patient care coordination, case management, harm reduction, and street medicine across the East Bay.

We’re still us, same heart, same values, but now with a name that fully represents the scope and impact of our work in public health, recovery, and equity-based services.
